Petra "Petee" Paredez grew up at Mom's Apple Pie Company in Leesburg, Virginia, learning the art of pie-making from her parents. After years teaching in NYC public schools, she opened Petee's Pie Company in 2014, adapting cherished family recipes with New York's finest local ingredients.
Every pie is made from scratch daily using organic flour, grass-fed butter, and produce sourced from local farmers. From Hudson Valley apples to wild Maine blueberries, we believe the best pies start with the best ingredients.
